After ingesting Bunta’s (Yo Oizumi) E-Capsule, Shiki (Aoi Miyazaki) suddenly becomes a psychic! Just as she is about to blow out the candles on her birthday cake, Bunta is blown all the way to the veranda with a gust of breath. Later, Takoppi welcomes the newly born “Blow-Out Esper Shiki” and throws a wild takoyaki party.
